    The hotel staff is amazing and very personalable and are very attenitive down to the last detail. I have been going to miami for about 10 yrs now and have stayed anywhere from The Loews to Nash hotel and this by far is my favorite, I have stayed here the last 4 times I have visted south beach.Its the only place I recommend.

    Amazing beach vibes!

    The room was spacious and super nice, and I loved the yoga vibes! They even had a mat in my room! The beach service was awesome too, just call, and they set up everything. Breakfast had great options but was pricey. Totally recommend it for a chill stay!

    The staff was surly, unhelpful and rude. Complaints about noise from neighboring rooms and inappropriate behavior by guests were ignored. Hotel was not clean.

    Luxurious, luxurious, luxurious

    The atmosphere was fine, with amazing views of the ocean from my room. I adored the very nice rooftop pool that felt mad really like a slice of paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and comfy sun loungers. Plus, especially with their amazing attention to detail during our meals at Habitat.

    Nice upbeat vibe. Great ocean front location. Large, well kept, clean rooms with large bathroom and nice amenities.

    Awkward layout of hotel. Hallways always seemingly crowded with housekeeping carts. Awkward access to beach front. Completely indifferent bar staff at upstairs pool area.

    The beach attendants were warm and cute. Emily was a standout, treating us like queens and ensuring we had everything we needed, even anticipating our cocktail orders faster than a magician pulling rabbits out of a hat!

    The toilet was clogged twice. I called the front desk one morning to report it, came back that evening and it was still clogged. The shower knob was broken as well. I reported it and it took all day to fix.

    Our stay at Gansevoort was simply amazing.. The rooftop pool was lovely and the other pool was very relaxing. The room we stayed in was very big and spacious and the bathroom was big too!! The location of the hotel was perfect, it was a 10 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Room service food was soo delicious! Definitely will recommend this hotel to others!

    The fine rooftop pool was an absolute highlight! I enjoyed a fantastic facial that utilized the Youth Shield Antioxidant Complex to help improve my skin's elasticity. Plus, the kids' club was so engaging and kept the little ones entertained, allowing us some relaxation time outside by the beautiful beach.

    My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available with flexible hours.
